a1 and a2 means to simply alternate sets with the roescribed rest

etc....

Once you start working out eat healthy, lots of protein and carbs. Youll probably need to workout about an hour a day to

do 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps per exercise 3-4 exercises per major muscle group, until youve been lifting about 3-6 months. in referance to the a1 a2 b1 muscle stuff.. it is refering to which muscle fibersare being recruited at which point in a set, the more reps you do the more muscle fibers you wil call in to action
