In your case either the training style, not much variety, or too much weekly volume, could be possible factors.

Really? Why is that?

Not sure really. I've just never enjoyed working biceps much. That's not to say I don't work them. I keep everything balanced. I just don't enjoy doing those movements as much as I enjoy others.

Triceps...now THAT'S a different story. :D

Love that burn eh. But still you don't enjoy the biceps burning while doin 21's or sumthin?

I don't enjoy working back. I try to keep a variety of different exercises the only one I'm starting to like is pull ups on the assist machine. But anything else....ugh I dread "back" day. lol.

chest supported rows (db/bb)
db rows
inverted rows
chin ups
mixed grip chin ups
face pulls (upper back)
seated row (close, medium, wide grip)
scarecrows
band pull aparts (vertical / horizontal)
straight arm pulldowns
