I relation to the Ultramega product, you should find something I posted many moons ago about testing multivitamins and don't take anything unless you're sure about the ingredients and what amounts benefit, so use independent websites by people saying they're independent or not sponsored by people and can therefore say what they like if the websites offer special offer codes, or link to a site selling stuff then forget it, as it's one of those things where it could be, what aren't you telling me, rather than what are you telling me.
In relation to the carnitine product, the words clinically tested aren't worth a dime in honest opinion. There doesn't appear to be any access to any clinical write-ups, or peer-reviewed studies on that site, or links / references to other websites where such things can be sourced and anything can be called clinically proven, as I understand it, as long as it has gone through industry recognised testing methods and tests, seen to be conducted properly, but a product associated with weight loss, could be clinically tested and proven to give the sort of results, that would allow a 400lb person lose 0.5lb of additional weight, for example, but the manufacturer wouldn't want to boast about that if that was the case, so it would be prudent to take those words about the product as scant or no reassurance and potentially just a smoke and mirrors piece of misdirection, to bedazzle you with a fancy claim so you'll not think about, or indeed at all, many of the pertinent qualities the product should have to be worthy of your time and money.
As for the protein bars "The right choice for your on-the-go lifestyle", is a load of rubbish, given that amazon don't appear to be giving any form of nutritional content disclosure on the bars, so they could contain rubbish like HCFS and hydrogenated fats, which would make them a "wrong choice for your on-the-go lifestyle".
Also going on Pure's website reveals their protein bars have a small quantity of sugar alcohol and claim to be "partially produced with genetic engineering", neither of which I have encountered on a protein bar label before and I've checked out many such products before, though not all in existence I must hasten to add, so I would be mildly concerned about the alcohol ingredients and the claim, especially as the sugar alcohols have a disclaimer saying they may cause intestinal discomfort and excessive consumption might cause a laxative effect and there seems to be no information I can find on their website that expresses why the sugar alcohols need to make up any part of the carbohydrate content and overall nutrition in the bars, nor any explanation for why the bars are "partially produced using genetic engineering".
I would therefore avoid these, as I feel their protein bar product is too worrying for liking.
The Cellucor looks like something designed to improve power and muscle pumps, but I don't really think you need it to be honest.

Great job oatsandsquats and I am with Bossman I eat before I workout as then I have energy during workout too. However, case is a bit different with the illness I have and oxygen I have on 24/7.
Just wanted to stop in and say hi again and as I said great workouts and keep it up and your goals will be met.
