Good one...Bossman....I am NOT very good with left hand as I am right handed. But the left side got enough of a workout!

Self's Tone It all- Easy Plan, Hard Body(uses a resistance band) and Evening workout walking/jogging in place/dancing

B: 1/2 a plain bagel with a little Country Crock margarine, with a cup of tea; AB: cup of coffee with a little milk; 2 glasses of water; 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; L: (1) Tillamook Pepper jack natural cheese 1 Thick slice on a slice of wheat bread toasted and a portion of a 15 oz can of Delmonte Lite Pear Halves Bartlett Pear in extra light syrup all diced up, glass of ice tea; AL - 2 glasses of water, 2 butterscotch candies; S - NO SNACK; Dinner: (2) Gorton's Crunchy Breaded Fish Fillets (Alaska Pollock) fillets (108 gms) with (1 serving - 1 cup) of Broccoli Stir Fry (broccoli, carrots, onions, red peppers, celery, water chestnuts and mushrooms, with a small slice of toasted French bread with a little Country Crock margarine on it, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of Nestle Hot Cocoa Mix with a little vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea and 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; D: 1 scoop of Mint Chocolate chip; BT - 2 glasses of water

No formal workouts over the weekend just RLW's and will be doing a lot of them today for a whole body workout

For B: 2 slices of split top white bread toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, 1 cup tea and 1 glass of OJ; AB: cup of coffee with a little milk; 2 glasses of water and 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; Don't do a regular lunch on Saturday but a snack lunch; so 1/2 cup of popcorn, (1 serving) Lay's Cheddar and Sour Cream potato chips (10 chips) and 10 Doritos Nacho cheese flavor, glass of ice tea; AL: - 3 glasses of water this afternoon, 2 butterscotch candies; S - NO SNACK; Dinner: (1/4 slice of Frittata (made with 4 eggs with 1/4 cup milk), 2 teaspoons of diced peppers (green, yellow, red), 10 1/2 small slices of Lindsay olives, and 1/3 cup of mild cheddar cheese, topped with peppercorn melody and Tapatio sauce with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella cheese, glass of ice tea AD - cup of Nestle Hot Cocoa Mix with a little vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea and 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; D: No dessert; 2 butterscotch candies, Bedtime: 2 glasses of water

Weigh in today down 1.5 lbs to 117.5

B - 1/2 a plain bagel with a little Country Crock margarine and cinnamon sugar, 1 cup of tea, and 2 glasses of OJ, glass of milk; AB - 2 glasses of water and 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; S- 7 Potato chips and 8 Doritos Nacho cheese flavor with a slice of Tillamook Pepper jack natural cheese; 2 glasses of home made iced tea; 1 glass of water; S - NO SNACK; D - (7.5 oz) Michelina's Cheese manicotti (ricotta, cheddar, parmesan & Romano cheeses with marinara sauce topped with crushed pepper and 3 teaspoons of Parmesan/Romano cheese with a small heel and thin slice of Italian bread with a little Country Crock margarine, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of Nestle Hot Cocoa Mix with a little vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea and 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; D: 1 scoop of Mint Chocolate chip and 1 scoop of Death by chocolate; Bedtime - 2 glasses of water[img]

Med pick up and Shopping today so a lot of walking from CVS to SaveMart etc and more this evening's workout of walking/jogging in place/dancing

AB: 1.5 glasses of water(shared w/DH) and 1 (12 oz) bottle of water (shared w/DH); 1 butterscotch candy, 1 Lifesaver; Lunch: (1) Tillamook Pepper jack natural cheese 1 Thick slice on a slice of wheat bread toasted with a slice of Kraft thin sliced swiss cheese and a portion of a 15 oz can of Delmonte Lite Sliced Peaches Yellow Cling peaches in extra light syrup all diced up, glass of ice tea; AL - 3 glasses of water, 2 butterscotch candies; S - NO SNACK; Dinner: Barilla elbow macaroni with Hot Italian sausage pieces and peppers in Ragu Chunky tomato, garlic and onion sauce topped with crushed pepper and 3 teaspoons of Parmesan/Romano cheese with a thin slice of Italian bread with a little Country Crock margarine, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of Nestle Hot Cocoa Mix with a little vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea and 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; D: 2 scoops of Death by chocolate;; BT - 2 glasses of water

I just noticed in your initial post Sue, you tried to post an image that has appeared in text form.

I would suggest that you have corrupted the image URL, by not posting all of it, because the text doesn't contain anything like a www or http:/ for example, or the name of the website where the image is hosted.
