Nobody is saying anything. What Brenty in opinion is talking about, is using a BCAA supp instead of Potein poiwder. Perhaps reading about the digestibility and merit of a powder with full Amino Acid content in, as opposed to the main 3 BCAA's in some kind of Capsule / Caplet form.

Some don't like protein pwoders becasue of taste, but some prefer them as they represent a fuller Amino Acid content that may have added benefits. Certainly he Glutamine would synthesise the Aminos and the Arginine could hep to dilate blood vessels, potentially increasing Oxygen flow back to muscles, helping to ease Lactic acid, by providing more Oxygen to use the the Glycogen converted to Pyruvate and providing more Oxygen for creation of ATP again.

Also I can't see any refgerances by Brenty or anyone else to reading something a Moderator is supposed to have said. Brenty said he read what he read about protein powders, but didn't say he read it on this site.

If you're referring to this Bonnie, then he's taling about another what appears to be unnamed site, as I don't know the poster and have never been involved with supplement manufacture.
