Thanks Lu! If I ever write one, I'll be sure to send you one! Actually I had a poem published many years ago in a book of poetry - some contest I entered. I never got the book because they wanted $30 for it, and I was single then and on a very tight budget.
2nd workout for today:
25 jumping jacks
2x15 stability ball jacknife crunches
2x30 sec. stability ball planks - elbows balanced on stability ball rather than floor (harder than regular planks

)

Jocelyn got me motivated to dig out resistance bands and stability ball. Great change up - and a great workout too!
