You could consume Yoghurt that either plain or Nutty instead, or have the Fruit, then a plain Yoghurt, 10-15 minutes later, for increased digestion of Fruit.
I don't think that's available here - never heard of it. I just noticed the Vanilla Greek Yogurt has 16 g of sugar!! Ack!! Even plain has 6g but 15 g of protein....so, Light & Lively with 1/2 scoop of protein powder - that works for me!
