Thanks :) Yes it is a win / win combination.I've always known I'd like to help people emotionally as a career & I can do that through physical fitness.

There are 3 main types of Creatine cycles people use that I know of.

A: 3 weeks on, 1 off.

B: 2 months on, 1 off

C: 3 months on, 1 off.

Thanks boss man :) So first aid is done & I passed, was completely grossed out by the partially amputated finger video though, gosh.I'm rereading the entire fitness theory book & its ALL starting to make sense & I can remember it, thank god. That test is on wednesday, still have 3 days of reading learning alot about own training category which is cool.I spent about 20 minutes last night, staring at back in the mirror & moving various ways to identify the muscles, all of them stand out quite clearly now, favorite part of body is upper & lower back. The fat on the back, is almost non existent, not sure if goes away completely ? The V shape in the front is becoming quite predominant, still waiting for the middle part under the button to melt off, not sure if its all fat, or mostly loose skin ?..Almost done the 28 day carb cycle..though not sure what I'm supposed to eat after wards, it makes sense to me that if your not going to need or use the energy DON'T eat them, however is there some nutritional issues with NOT eating things like bread, rice, potato etc ? I doubt I would have any of this, the physique, the desire to be a trainer, the inner & outer peace I feel, without the people at shapefit, there are not enough thank you's in the world for this :)

No problems not earing things like Rice, Bread, Pasta and Potatos, but they are nutritionally good, though high GI, so it's a case of if concerned, moderate them.

Yes I suppose it comes down to the energy IN & energy OUT balance..I will try & check out the nutritional value of these foods as opposed to their carbohydrate value only.I wish I had a metabolism that enabled me to eat these things & not be fat, but alas we all have our own systems. Thanks boss man :)

Was so busy reading everyone's journal, forgot I came online to post workout..

Chin ups
3 x 8
with
Step ups
3 x 8 x 75

Pull ups
1 x 5/4/4
with
3 x 5 x 135

DB pullovers
3 x 8 x 30

Supported TBar row, semi supinated
3 x 8 x 45/55/55

Leg raise with curl
3 x 10

Planks
2 x 45

Side planks
2 x 30 seconds

I am trying to focus on the eccentric phase of lifts, probably look like I'm in slow motion to some people.I need to make things harder, due to the fact I can't really do high amounts of weight on the upper body.Since i have learned stretching body feels better, almost thought knee was healing till I started down a flight of stairs after work.Humans technically are NOT supposed to descend staircases, so I've found out recently, unless you go down sideways. It is actually fun to do sideways, though people do tend to stare.I have one day to pull backyard together for judging on Wednesday, nice amount of notice ?..NOT.Wednesday is work day & then..EXAM day..I have almost completed re reading, coloring muscles, trying to understand the systems, energy sources. She informed us basically " whats on the test " but for me, it is imperative to UNDERSTAND how things work & be certain.Apparently we don't need to know the origin & insertion for muscles for the test & for now I wont be delving into that, because well its just plain confusing, all those names  I will however make sure I know it, directly after the test is out of the way.It is all multiple choice so at least the answer will be in front of me, I just need to select the optimum one.I look forward to the weight training course up next.Hope everyone is good :)

I PASSED exam last night. So onto the weights training on July 22 cnd.The material we learned FAR outweighed what was on that test, parts of it could of been completed by a chimpanzee in opinion. The next course is taught in a gym, gives me an excuse to finally buy a couple new sports bra's & shorts :) Now that I know fitness theory is done I can relax a little, been studying everyday & night for about 10 days..though I do need to find out where these tendons & ligaments attach & their names.Have a great day everyone !

Can't tell you about all the Ligamwnts, but most if not all Tendons are straightforward, because they share the same name with the corresponding muscles and muscle heads pretty much.

I.E Biceps Brachii, long head tendon, Biceps Brachii short head Tendon, Supraspinatus Tendon, Infraspinatus Tendon etc etc, so relatively straightforward.

The main thing to remember is, Tendons connect Muscle to Bone, Ligaments connect Bone to Bone.

Congrats on passing the test, you can be very proud of yourself.
