I have a thin face and a big nose too so I was wondering whether there were any exercises or ways to put enough weight,fat or muscle on face to make the nose fit in more and not seem like a basketball-head :P -thanx for help Plus I've always been weak and skinny but now I'm trying harder than ever.....
so the muscle soreness in each muscle group should eventually lessen so you can start over on it again on your next week schedule since i do a 5 day workout
so um i should eat about 140 rite?
and i wanted to ask another question....will this workout also add sum skin to face because i have a big nose and i would like to increase the size of face a bit which is kind of skinny too so the nose would fit in

Is that good enough...I weight About 135 lbs ( gotta gain sum size )
I could also add a salad for those too

Ok well I dumped gym partner if anyone remembers topic a month ago. And i'm also making healthy choices ....i suppose. I'm recovering from a bad eating habit....which stored quite a bit of fat in me but i'm still skinny....I think that was the reason I could not gain any results and plus i never use...
oh you mean the those add-on weight to the machines? and those small rings to the bars?
well I will get rid of him....he probably wudnt even do good as a spotter :/
thank you houston texan :) would that yield better results than a 5 day workout targeting a certain muscle group everyday? because most of the time i still feel the pain in some places for a week at most from a workout ...or maybe i'm jus weak minded :( schedule so far is Monday- chest/tricep tuesda...
