Hi markus, i think we have the same problem you and me, i'm approx 1.70(meters) and weigh just under 60 kilos. i guess that makes me pretty skinny too ... :) it's like i can eat almost anything but don't seem to gain any weight. i've just now really trying to eat more than usually, doing some runnin...

Well i can tell you, as far as i know: i've been smoking for the last 7 years now, i've just quit smoking (and another bad habit, i won't discuss here) very recently (i'm up to day 8 now) i quit cold turkey, it was a bit hard first few days (stomach), yeah but what doesn't kill ya makes you stronger...
