well that happened to me before... I used the treadmill and i guess shoes were the problem...I thought damm...now im gonna have to use the bike ..wrong.. I started using the epilictical machine and it does the same.

Lol @ Chad Waterbury..I dont wanna buid that much muscles...just five pounds....Ohh well.. I guess I will do just weights on days and then cardio to days a week...

Hi, I go to the gym 4 days a week and take off three.. workout routine is as follows...Monday.. A step aerobic class.. and I also work out myabs..Tuesday..Work out chest and back.. Wed..offf...Thursday..Work out arms..Fri Off...Sat..Work out legs..Now for those 4 days I do weights for 30-45 mins the...

Hi I know exactly how u feel cause I felt like that when I first started working out. There is also other reasons why I used to get discouraged. Like for example not eating the right foods when I didnt attend the gym and even when I attended. Try to encorage urself first off by changing what you wou...
