Hi, I go to the gym 4 days a week and take off three.. workout routine is as follows...Monday.. A step aerobic class.. and I also work out myabs..Tuesday..Work out chest and back.. Hi I know exactly how u feel cause I felt like that when I first started working out. There is also other reasons why I used to get discouraged.
