I just bought two adjustable dumbbell handles from Walmart and wondered, if anyone knows how much weight they can hold?

I wanted to know because I am trying to burn fat, and I was curious how many calories I burned at work, so I know about how much I should eat? By the way I stand at a workstation to pack and ship orders.

How would I most accurately figure the calories I burn at work?
