The bike is a good form of exersize, but I recommend the eliptical cross-trainer. I've had good results with it. Doing cardio 3-4 days a week on the cross-trainer (25-30 minutes) in opinon will yield greater results.

Maintain Body Weight/Gain

How many calories do I need to take in to maintain current weight? I do cardio 2 days a week and weight train 5 days a week. In addition, if I want to gain 10 pounds how should I start?
