Ok, so I need to do something with eating habits, wich for me is really though because im so used not eating, im actually not hungry.

Today i will go training again, and focus on the new strategy of lowering sets and highering weights.
Im kinda excited about this :wink:

So actually ( i was reading a bit after posting this post) i should do 8 reps and taking more weights into it, rather than doin 25 reps of lower weights.
