Okay i know u say that its too much, but atm i dont do anything and i plan on doing college, i figure while i have the time why not do lots. I had one last question, in current diet im consuming around 1500-2000 calories a day and i do feel very hungry most of the time. I was wondering as to whether i should increase the portions i have in diet as i assume i might loose some muscle with too few calories. whats ur advice?

I dont like sprinting because knee is fairly messed up atm. So what if i did a few 1-2 minute bursts on the cycling machine and 1-2 minute bursts on punchbag to help improve cardio throughout the day, would that work?

wow i never realised that more muscle meant more calories burnt, but is it really as much as 35-50 calories a day. That seems alot just for a little extra muscle, also what is it that makes larger muscles burn more calories?
