ive been running alot more these days during workouts and i never ever used to, and now legs are soar. Is that normal? should i skip a day? because i think i need to today, they're hurting! but ill get back at it tomorrow

wow, thanks soooo much! i tried varying workout on the treadmill, by speeding up, running, inclining, etc. and i feel great! Is this eating plan okay?
