Thank you all for your suggestions. Routines without gym equipment

I have been reading all of the posts' on the workout forum and the majority of them are giving workout routines using gym equipment. Unfortunately I do not have a membership anywhere and only have free weights(10lb & 8lb), resistance bands and an exercise ball. I am trying to lose about 20-30 lb...
