after some discussion, i'd like to modify schedule to a full body workout and im not sure how i would approach this. like how would a typical full body workout schedule look like? help appreciated thanks.

im wondering if this is any good.. you can say im mainly trying to focus on upper body.. Eating after Cardio
Just wondering, since cardio excercise would increase your metabolism rate for a period of time, does that mean you can eat almost anything, any portion and gain not as much weight? or no weight at all?

Cardio excercise
I am currently 180 and i want to lose about 20pounds in about 7months or so. I do cardio 3-4 times a week on a resistance bike for 20-25mins each time. Is that possible? Please give me some pointers. Thanks.
