Thing is im not lookin to get huge, just to about 180 pounds toned muscle.
Plus i dont have anyone to spot me whilst workin out.

Cardio for a newbie.
Ok im going to start doing weights very soon.
Im skinny with low body fat, but do i still need to do cardio if im eating alot more to keep toned.
