Boss man, Thanks for the vital info. LIPO6 indeed affected me but ARSON is much more powerful than it. I too agree there are some medical issues related with it but so do every product has :). Swanos Ohh so u meant that :). I have taken note of your advice but still if one wants to go for it then what is the way. I'm thinking of this way Creatine [ Loading stages i.e. 5 days 2 scoops ( before workout) ] and Whey immediately after workout Once loading is done then normal 1 scoop rest simil...
