Thanks for the tips. I do get about 64 oz of water a day, most days. And I am not a big sweet eater, once in a great while. problem has always been portion control. Fill plate and go back for more and more. I am weighing and measuring for the most part, and no more seconds. I do 3 meals and 3 snacks...

I don't know about fun but I sure am proud of myself today. I was housecleaning all day , then had to go walk around Lowes looking for shelves, then made supper and then I went for a 2 mile walk!!! I wear a pedometer every day and I have 11,800 steps today. This is a such a difference for a confirme...

Lots to lose

I have a lot of weight to lose and I am really changing life around. I am exercising and eating right but at age it takes a long time and a lot of effort to lose. Anyone else in the same boat who would like to be buddies please get in touch. :D
