Basketball Training Program

Hey I'm looking for a Basketball work out routine. I'm about 6ft4 and weight 230lb, I'm tryna cut to around 200lb. I do work 3 times a week and manage to run twice a week or so. main problem is diet, I don't know what I need to eat for training or after training or what I need to eat before a basket...

Age: 17
Goals: Lose another 20kg of fat and put on 10 kg of muscle, I wanna get down to about 10-13 percent body fat.
How long I've been training: One year and 2 months

I'm already eating a balanced diet With Fibres such as Weetabix for breakfast, and a tuna/chicken sandwhich after training (I train quiet early between 12-2), I try to avoid things like crisps, but find myself having atleast 1 packet of crisps a week.
