I usually grab a gatorade and start lifting. Most of the time I feel pretty good energy wise. I may try to drink a protien drink before I start and see how that does for me. goal is to lose 10lbs of fat and maitain some lean muscle mass..

Is it okay to lift weights in the morning before I eat anything? I have been doing this alot recently because I can't get motivated enough to just slam out some cardio.
