does this machine work very well. never have used one i train at home and considering getting one.

i think i have the same thing. i am thin and have 3 on one side 2 on the other. the one missing is on the lower abs. i think i might have a small hernia. the muscle that is missing has fallin down where i cant see it. it hasnt bothered me except it doesnt look as good.
