well, so you think that is better to burt fat at first? okay ...im workin out about over a year or so now... i eat mostly everything... breakfast usually cereals corn flakes or some like that than i i have snack at school a few sandwiches wit ham salat etc... that after that lunch which is whatever ...

I need some workout plan weight is about 158lbs
