its not goin to get you as strong its goin to get you more stamina and more mass, the more you work a muscle the more it tears and what makes more mass is scar tissue that is used to recover and rebuild the tears in the muscle.

Im on the weight lifting team at school and they have taught us hight weight low reps makes you stronger so like 3 sets of 4 reps. But if your looking to get bigger you want lighter weight and about 10-15 reps that will build mass.

Dont stop running till they are gone, do 10 miles a day i went from havin a gut to abs in about a month and a half.

What we have been taught is that the pec is 1 muscle and you just need to blast it as much as you can everyother day. But remember if you want a strong chest you need a strong back, that is the key for just about everything so i would do chest then just as much on the back and you will see your weig...
