DIET help
I am almost 25 (female) and 149 lbs 5' 11". I work out weight and cardio 6 days a week 1 hour 45 min a day. I am not seeing results as fast as I would like. I know that I have fat to loose but the scale is not going down! So I was thinking that maybe I am as low as I can go and just need to ton...
