Apply coconut oil or olive oil in places esp on face before taking bath. The spots will become light. I suffered from chicken pox few months back and this helped, though a light spot still remains in few places..

Started routine today with Snatch grip DL from platform...need to clarify 1 more thing....I need to do 1 variation through out the week and then change the variation next week??

Thinking of using these : 1. Snatch grip DL from platform 2. Snatch grip RDL 3. Snatch grip DL 4. DL from platform 5. Sumo DL 6. RDL Will keep other leg work minimal maybe using light stuff like OH squat and lunges... For upperbody thinking of doing a push pull, keeping low intensity...avoiding thin...

need to bring deadlift up.

After lower back injury few months back i haven't worked on them but i feel now is the time to bring them up. was able to DL 110Kg and before injury I was able to DL 135KG...was planning on doing this for 6 weeks : 1. First routine from "From Russia With Love" http://www.t-nation.com/readA...

I still can't believe waist was 44 at that time (now 33)...yep time to get some lean mass, still have some gut fat to loose but it would go in effort to add lean mass.

For me Dips hits the triceps most. you can try with jumping up and then come down in control...or mybe you can take assistance from some one or bands and in time you will get better at them..

I would recomend Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe,Lon Kilgore. it teaches the basic of Squat, deadlift, bench press, OH press and power clean in detail.

Yep I followed 20% rule...umm I think its getting confusing..you can say that during the trial week I setup weight lets say 60Kg for DL and did a 15 min PR and get 60 reps, but as desired range is 45-50 so I increased the weight to 70Kg thus allowiing me to perform less rep.After that its 20% rule :...

yep it was like that if i reach the desired number of reps i will increase weight..lets say if i did dL for 55 reps then next i will bump a weight a lil bit. off course aim was to lift for as many rep as possible.
