For a beginner i will suggest this : Monday : Back, Triceps, Forearms Tuesday : Chest, Biceps, Calves Wednesday : Rest Thursday : Shoulders, Traps, Abs Friday : Legs Saturday & Sunday : Rest No more than 8 sets for each muscle group. Healthy food, plenty of water and a lot of rest. 6 Months of h...
