Cardio program for pro wrestling
Pretty much the title, looking to become a wwe superstar. Im running 531 right now, and for next cycle I want to add in conditioning. I was thinking since I loft 4 days a week I would do cardio and conditioning on off days. How should I approach it? Long steady state or HIIT? Thanks, https://dallasj...
