Which fitness routine would you suggest?
I'm female, pushing 51, in menopause and aggravated nothing seems to be working. I go to Orange Theory and like the classes but not seeing much for results so I thought about adding an at-home routine in between classes to tone and tighten up flabby areas. At least minimize cellulite if nothing else...
