So I go to the gym 3 times a week and I’m 14 and eat alright
And target calves most everytime but legs at tiny and I’m 6”0 so it doesn’t look right, thighs and big either so any tips on how to get bigger calves and stuff
To make me look more normal I’ve done this for about a month with correct form
