The thing that is confusing me is there are several reputably TDEE calculators putting me at a 2000 calorie maintenance, therefore it is calculating me have a 20% reduction of around 1600 to achieve desired weight gain. When I average all of the daily calorie intakes that I listed, it gives me 1700 ...

Also, since I have been putting on muscle, I have been thinking it wouldn't be a starvation mode issue...but it appears I am wrong on that.

Thanks for your quick response. Should I gradually increase calories over a period of time...or just do it? I thought this might be what is going on. How long does it typically take to ramp metabolism back up to normal? Thanks again!

Ok, I can't think of much else to try. I'm a 36 yr old female that is 5'3" and 129lbs at around 28% body fat. I work with a trainer 2x/week for 45 min for the last 2 months. I average 15-20 miles a week running. I am pleased with everything in that I have gained muscle, endurance, strength, but...
