Thanks for the info. I was able to find some Youtube videos on this which really helps. I'm doing these as prep for chin-ups which are a little beyond fitness level at this moment.

Somewhere I saw a suggestion to mount a door chinup/pullup bar about 24 inches off the floor. You then lay on your back beneath the bar and pull yourself up ... like an inverted pushup. It provides a great upper body workout. Is there an "official" name for this exercise? I'd like to see i...
