I work out at a crossfit type gym so regular day usually consists of quite a bit of weightlifting. I also try to run three days a week (fairly small distances, mind you). The problem I'm having is that I'm gaining a lot of muscle mass, particularly in thighs, and I want to know how to slim down that...
