Yes I mean 1,800 calories a day and another 200-300 a day when you workout. 1,200 is too low and might promote a lack of nutrient intake which won't be good for you, as you'd struggle to get close to some RDA's on that kind of intake I believe. Hi Alamb, good to speak with you. Your dietary changes seem pretty effective in promoting long term progress, but the calories could be around 40% higher, as sedentary females need 1,800 a day and you could have another 200-300 a day for exercise and keep them a bit lower on non-exercise days.
