Hello! What are flute exercises that work the side of the glutes making square glutes become more circular?
I do squats and lunges and glutes have depth but no width.

Also, I'm not sure if this is possible, but for rowing I need strong dense legs, but I don't want HUGE quads since I'm pretty short. Is it possible to strengthen while tone?

Right, cause I see cheerleaders with long side definition and the center line whereas athletes have more of a boxy six pack.

Hey guys! So i hear each person talking about wanting one of the three mentioned above. I was wondering if there is a difference between them because i feel like it is.
I feel like flat stomach is just flat whereas six packs and side definitions are more dimensional.

Last week i did 15 sets of 10 with 65lbs but this week i squat 90lbs, 4 x 10.

It's just sometimes I dont quite feel feminine and girly because im so built with small hips and small busy with big muscles and going to the beach in swimsuits make me feel insecure since i can't fill out the tips :/

Haha thank you so much! Yes i will try to remember what you said from here on out. I was just looking at the fitness models on this site shapefit and i saw how they had the same height weight and like perfect i want to achieve and they had full chests. Thats why i was unsure if im doing this all wrong
