Yes I agree, I would have to say bruce lee was the greatest athlete of all time. Up 'till now, no one has worked as hard as him. Dont be fooled by his slim look, he can lift as much as the big guys, even more. His twitch muscles were beyond fast. People that were punched by him say they felt the hit...

Isometric stretching is a good idea. You could get the splits in about two weeks, if you train for them everyday. Just keep on doing it, get into the splits as far as you can and then just sit. Well, not a sport in particular. But if it will help... I would like to be of a light figure, maybe like Martial artists (Bruce Lee type body), or for climbing. Just something that requires speed and power.
