I have been looking into the t25 workout program. question is, is it alright to do the t25 (which is mostly cardio) in the morning and a weightlifting workout at night? That actually helps a lot. I've been looking into a weight lift program and it's the Taylor lautner workout...I wanna put on muscle but I really wanna lose fat and drop weight to about 170... Basically long story short...I don't follow a strict diet but I'm not pigging out on unhealthy food all day. I have a cookie here and there. Have a few drinks on the weekend. Just eat like the average guy. I'm jut wondering if lifting weights and such will help me transform body

I have a few questions about eating right. I'll go through a normal day of eating. Morning: bowl of cereal(Cheerios, fruit loops, whatever I'm in the mood for) , fruit, and water with some whey protein Snack on fruits through out the day.
