You may want to go to a gym to build up your muscle mass which will help with gaining "weight". You can also get protein drinks which aid muscle growth and weight gain. However, I am not sure how effective these are. You obviously do not want to compromise your diet with junk food etc. As ...

Protein Intake

For training purposes it is said that you should take 1g of protein to each lb of body weight.

Has anyone got any idea how to eat that much protein at over 190lbs?

I eat two tins of Tuna a day but still cannot see how it is done!

Relatively new myself

I tend to work the core muscle groups and do the same routine three times a week. Also, you may find cardio machines boring or you may not get what you need from them. Good tips

For the record, I am extremely active, I also drink around 4-5 litres of water per day, and I'm up at 5.45am for work!!! Coffee is awful, however I believe green tea is good, is this correct?
