I am looking for some quick edits/advice to workout I can only get to the gym 3 times a week and here is what I do: Treadmill for 30 minutes Walking at 2.8 MPH Running every 5 minutes for 1 minute at 7.1 MPH Then I do the Chest Press Machine - 12 reps/3 sets of increasing weights...If I can do 12 re...
