I agree with Boss Man! You are weighing yourself way to much. I step on the scale about every 30 days. There are better indicators of your progress then the scale. How do you clothes feel? How is your energy level? etc. Don't get caught up on what the scale says, because sometimes the scale does mor...

Hi Natalie!! Congratulations on the new bundle of joy! A HIIT 2-3 times a week will be an excellent use of your time and do not get discouraged with the p90x. The strength will come.
