HIIT, feeling better but not losing anything
Hey guys! So for the past three weeks or so I've been doing sprint repeats up this hill in nieghborhood. Well I feel like I'm getting more toned...but when I measure waist, I'm still at the same measurement I was when I started. Is it possible to get more toned but have measurements increase? thanks...
