I no more have a place to run.

Hey people. I used to live infront of a wonderful park, where I used to run, but I don't have that place near me anymore. Any ideas on what I should do ? I still carry on with the calisthenics at home but it's not the same anymore. Any activity ? Any suggestions ? Anything ? I need to get on buildin...

Also, I don't even like free weights because they are unavailable everywhere and hence, a routine is very hard to plan for every day or every alternate day. Only body weight (Calisthenics)

Bodyweight Workouts That Wore You Off

I know how many variations exists and I understand how the muscular system works, but I find it difficult to collaborate exercises into a workout program. I hate gym. I want strength and power, all by bodyweight workouts only. Any help please ?

I have some serious issues. I don't have a track near-by, there is just one track in the whole city and it's far away. I've been working out since months now. I lost weight from 83 Kgs to 62 Kgs. The only thing left in body is the side fat and some tummy fat ( not to forget glutes and hamstrings). I do not do crunches, but intense circuit training sessions (from about a month) and sprint intervals are regular. I can...
