I'm a overweight teen jogging for fat loss
I usually jog running at 4.0 mphs then switch it for cooldown at 3.0 i usually jog for 30 minutes or just walk really fast, I usually burn 120-190 cals a day not really sure if thats good enough considering i'm 300 pounds 6'0 and 16.
