dude one thing ya gotta do is cardo and lots of it, i started at 15 and 233 pounds at 5'7 and in one summer i lost 64 pounds of just cutting out junk and lots and lots of cardo, just keep sweating and sweating

hmmm thats not bad i do the count down from 20 pushups throught out day because i dont want to be hurting,
but also when doing a high number of push ups dont forget to strenthen your hands and wrists.
