Re: protein shakes - making me feel sick

No not lactose intolerant fortunately, I do get the same nauseous feeling if I ever take a multi vitamin...strange. The trouble is I need something extra as getting pretty tired from working out and would like something quick and easy, have to check out the protein content of skimmed milk. Thanks.

protein shakes - making me feel sick

This is first time ever using protein shakes, I usually try to get extra protein from food, but I've been really busy and working out hard so I have turned to the shakes for extra help, but they make me feel so sick around 15mins after drinking one. Any alternatives recs.

how heavy should I go with free weights

At what point do you stop progressing to heavier weights, at the moment I move it up a notch when I can do 8-10 reps.
Plus has anyone got any good tips for working the hamstrings - i do weighted lunges, squats and leg raises.

All sugar and carbohydrates and fat a...
