starting Day one again!!!!!!!

I am feeling really depressed and the stress level is high... what is wrong with me..

I have done 15mins on a stationary bike... vitamins in and have had a pack of crackers...

Day 1, Tuesday June 29th, 2010 Weight 186 :oops: I got up on time this morning and took Kids to moms house. Made it to work on time. So this means today started out ok...
