thanks Bonnie :) goal is reach 75 kg or 80 kg!!1 I started at 102.2 kg.....an I want also to build muscels.....It is true that I dont excersice legs because legs and thighs are the most places that I have fat at... thighs and back are really big....so I dont wanna bulk them more,,,,I just do cardio ...

Whether or not you eat meat, you need 23 g of protein 6 times a day to build muscle, so forget snacks. Plan 6 equal meals, not all of them need to have carbs, three would probably be adequate.Pita is okay for a fuel sense, but not sure it is the best option for nutrition, are you allergic to rice, ...
