Firstly 6 days a week is a bit much and TBT on Sat and Sun is a bit overkill, because of the lack of rest. Try a system like his. Day 1. Weights Day 2. Cardio Day 3. Weights Day 4. Day off Day 5. Cardio Day 6. Weights Day 7. Day off. Keep the Cardio to around 30 minutes and do something like interv...
